What you create stays on your device.
Who we are
K68 Studio is the trading name of an independent developer. That developer publishes our apps and this website, and is responsible for the information this policy describes. The developer’s legal name appears as the seller on each app’s App Store page. Email us to reach them, or for those details.

On your device
What you create, import or set in the app stays on your device, in the app’s own storage. It isn’t sent to us. The app needs no account, includes no analytics or tracking, and makes no network requests of its own.
What the app reads to show you, such as your account’s name, stays on your device. It is never sent to us.
Reading the clipboard on a Mac needs no permission. There, the app tells you what it records. You can pause it or leave out apps you choose.
Permissions
If the app asks for access, such as to your calendars, reminders or clipboard, you decide in the system’s prompt. The app uses that access on your device only, for the feature that needs it. When you ask it to change something there, such as marking a reminder done, it makes that change and nothing more.
Change it at any time:
On your Mac
- Open System Settings.
- Click Privacy & Security, then the permission, such as Calendars.
On your iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings.
- Tap Privacy & Security, then the permission, such as Calendars.
Purchases
Purchases go through the App Store. Apple processes your payment and tells the app what you bought. We never receive your payment details. Apple’s privacy policy covers its part.
Crash reports
If you share analytics with app developers, Apple sends us crash reports and diagnostics from our apps. Apple decides what they contain. We use them only to find and fix problems.
Turn sharing on or off at any time:
On your Mac
- Open System Settings.
- Click Privacy & Security.
- Click Analytics & Improvements.
- Turn Share with app developers on or off.
On your iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings.
- Tap Privacy & Security.
- Tap Analytics & Improvements.
- Turn Share With App Developers on or off.
Feedback you send
When you choose to send feedback, or a report after a crash or a hang, the app opens an email in your own mail app. You see what it contains, such as the app’s version and your system version, and nothing reaches us until you send it. A report never includes what you created in the app.
Deleting your data
Delete your content in the app. Items you pinned or protected stay until you remove them too. To remove everything on a Mac, move the app to the Trash and delete the folder named for it in ~/Library/Containers. On iPhone or iPad, deleting the app removes what it stored. Your own backups keep their copies.
Email to us
Writing to us is up to you. When you do, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use them only to answer you and to fix or improve the app you wrote about. Our email provider stores them for us.
Who else handles information
- Apple: purchases, and the crash reports you choose to share.
- Our email provider: storing the email you send us.
Each of them handles information under its own privacy policy. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we share it with no one else unless the law requires it.
Transfers abroad
They also process information outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards each describes in its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
- Support email: for 24 months after the conversation ends, so we can follow up on the same problem; then deleted. Ask, and we delete it sooner.
- Crash reports: only as long as Apple makes them available to us.
Security
Support email is kept in an account protected by strong authentication. Our apps keep your data in the app’s own storage on your device.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, our legal basis for support email is our legitimate interest: answering you and keeping our apps working. Crash reports you choose to share are used under the same interest: finding and fixing problems.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you. You can also ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to that use. Write to support at k68studio.com and we’ll answer within one month. In the EU, the UK and places with similar law, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Our apps aren’t made for children under 13, or the higher age your country sets. We don’t knowingly collect their information. If a child has written to us, ask and we’ll delete it.
