Policies for our apps
An app with a website of its own keeps its privacy policy there. Every other app links to the policy for its kind, and each of those pages is complete on its own:

Who we are
K68 Studio is the trading name of an independent developer. That developer publishes our apps and this website, and is responsible for the information this policy describes. The developer’s legal name appears as the seller on each app’s App Store page. Email us to reach them, or for those details.

Email to us
Writing to us is up to you. When you do, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use them only to answer you and to fix or improve the app you wrote about. Our email provider stores them for us.
We keep a conversation for 24 months after it ends, so we can follow up on the same problem, then delete it. Ask, and we delete it sooner. Our email provider stores it, including on servers in the United States. Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.
This website
It sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you. You can also ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to that use. Write to support at k68studio.com and we’ll answer within one month. In the EU, the UK and places with similar law, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
