An app with a website of its own keeps its terms there. Every other app links to the terms for its kind, and each of those pages is complete on its own:

Who we are
K68 Studio is the trading name of an independent developer, who publishes our apps and this website. The developer’s legal name appears as the seller on each app’s App Store page. Email us to reach them, or for those details.
